Refund and cancellation policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for subscriptions to the Pollux platform (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy, which supplements the Terms and Conditions.


1. General Policy

  • All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Policy.
  • Cancellation requests or refund requests must be made in accordance with the procedures outlined below.

2. Refund Policy

a. 30-Day Refund Policy:

  • If explicitly advertised on the Pollux website, new customers may request a refund within the first 30 days of their initial subscription, excluding any setup or administrative fees.
  • Refund requests will only be processed if submitted within 30 calendar days from the initial subscription payment date.
  • Refunds are not available for renewals, upgrades, or add-ons after the 30-day period.

b. Non-Refundable Fees:

  • The following fees are non-refundable:
    • Setup or administrative fees (if applicable).
    • Fees for professional services, integrations, or customization.
    • Fees incurred for usage during the subscription period.

c. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds will only be issued if:
    • The customer submits a valid refund request within the specified timeframe.
    • The customer has complied with the terms of service, including proper use of the platform.

d. Refund Process:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Customers on a monthly subscription plan may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the paid period.

b. Annual Subscriptions:

  • Customers on an annual subscription plan may cancel their subscription at any time. However, refunds for unused months will not be provided unless otherwise required by applicable law.

c. How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your subscription, log in to your Pollux account and navigate to the subscription settings. Follow the cancellation instructions provided.
  • Alternatively, you may contact our support team at support@polluxplatform.com for assistance.

d. Account Termination After Cancellation:

  • Upon cancellation, access to your account will cease at the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed. Pollux reserves the right to delete or anonymize your data after the termination date in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

4. Exceptions to Refunds and Cancellations

Pollux Tech, Inc. reserves the right to deny refund or cancellation requests under the following circumstances:

  • The request is made after the specified refund period.
  • The customer has violated the Terms and Conditions, resulting in suspension or termination of the account.
  • The request relates to a promotional or discounted subscription that explicitly states it is non-refundable.
